รบกวนถามผู้รู้ และผู้เชี่ยวชาญเรื่องการพิมพ์และ printer ครับ คือ... ผมใช้ HP Laser Jet 1010 มานานประมาณ 3 ปีแล้ว ไม่เคยเปลี่ยนหมึก ตอนนี้ผมเจอปัญหา 2 อย่าง คือ 1. เวลา print งาน หัวและท้ายกระดาษจะไม่เป็นไปตามที่ตั้งค่าหน้ากระดาษไว้ หัวกระดาษจะเลื่อนลงมาเล็กน้อย จะต้องแก้ไขโดยกาารตั้งค่าหน้ากระดาษให้หัวกระดาษแคบกว่าปกติประมาณ 0.3-0.5 ซม. และต้องปรับท้ายกระดาษให้กว้างขึ้น 0.3-0.5 ซม. เช่นกัน ไม่ทราบว่าเป็นเพราะอะไร และจะแก้ไขได้อย่างไร 2. หากใช้เครื่องพิมพ์ไม่สักพัก หรือหลายวันต่อเนื่องกัน เวลา print จะทำให้เกิดรอยเปื้อนของหมึก และรอยการพิม์ซ้อน ขออธิบายเพิ่มเติม คือ รอยเปื้อนจะเป็นรอยยาวทางด้านซ้ายของกระดาษ เหมือนใช้ airbrush พ่อนเป็นรอยยาว มีรอย print ซ้ำหมายถึง ภาพหรือตัวอักษรที่พิมพ์ข้างต้นของกระดาษจะซ้อนปรากฏเป็นเงาๆ ตั้งแต่ส่วนกลางของหน้ากระดาษ กรณีนี้เกิดขึ้นเพราะอะไร และจะแก้ไขได้อย่างไร ผมใช้ Toshiba notebook และ OS เป็น window vista hom basic รอฟังคำตอบนะครับ | |

ตามที่วิเคราะห์ได้คร่าวๆนะครับ ตอบเป็นข้อๆครับ 1. ที่บอกว่าที่หัวกระดาษเลื่อนลงมาเล็กน้อยนั้นน่าจะเป็นเพราะเซ็นเซอร์ทางเข้ากระดาษของคุณหัก 2.รอยเปื้อนของหมึกทางด้านซ้าย น่าจะมาจากดรัมที่เสื่อม ส่วนภาพซ้อนเป็นได้ 2 กรณี คือ wiper Blade ของคุณเสื่อม และที่ชุดฟิล์มความร้อน แต่น่าจะมาจากกรณีแรกมากกว่า อันนี้คร่าวๆนะครับ ถ้าจะให้แน่ถ้ามีไฟล์ภาพก็นำมาให้ดูได้ครับ | |

อันแรกนะครับ เซ็นเซอร์กระดาษที่หัก(ถ้าเป็นจริง) ค่าซ่อมก็คงไม่แพง น่าจะต่อรองได้ไม่กี่ร้อยบาท อย่างที่สองครับ ดรัม ราคา 220 บาท(แต่ที่คุณอยู่ราคาเท่าไหร่แล้วแต่สถานที่นะครับ ปล.กรุงเทพคาดว่าแพงทีเดียว) ส่วนภาพซ้อนที่เกิดจาก wiper blade ราคา 75 บาท ทั้งหมดนี้คือราคาที่ต้องเปลี่ยนเองนะครับสำหรับดรัมและ wiper blade ก่อนจะทำอะไรต้องหาตลับอื่นมาใส่ลองดูก่อนนะครับว่าเป็นอย่างที่ตลับคุณเป็นหรือไม่ | |

hp leserjet 1010 for vista ให้โหลด lj1010serieshb-vista32.zip จาก เว็บ hp จากนั้น extract file -> ไป control panel ->printer->add printer ->ทำตามที่มันบอกเลือก port เป็น DOT4 (ไม่เลือก USB001) -> ->เลือก driver : "hp leserjet 1015" ->-> จากนั้น print test page จบ สรุปแล้ว เลือก DOT 4 + hp 1015 แทน จะแก้ปัญหาของ hp 1010 บน vista ส่วน win7 เห็นเว็บอื่นเค้าโพสต์ว่าใช้ได้นะ http://www.lattimore.id.au/2008/02/17/making-hp-laserjet-printers-work-in-windows-vista/ | |

ผมแนะนำทำตาม คำแนะนำของความเห็นที่ 10 นะครับ ใช้ได้จิงๆครับ ของผม ลง Window 7 64 bit นะครับ ผมไปโหลด ไดร์ทเวอร์ มากจาก เวปของ HP ครับ โหลดเอาตัว Driver Window Vista 64 bit มาครับ แล้วมาแตกซิปไฟล์เอา แล้วก็ทำตามขั้นตอนของ ความเห็นที่ 10 ครับ เพียงแต่จะต่างกันตรงที่ผมหา ผมหา Driver ของ Hp 1015 ไม่ได้ครับ ผมเลยเลือกเป็น Driver ของ Hp LaserJet 2200 แทนครับ แล้วก็เทสปริ๊น แล้วก็ลองไปปริ๊นหน้าปกติดู ปรากฎว่าใช้ได้ครับ <<ลองดูครับ>>
ปล.ผมแนะนำให้ทำตามวิธีของผมกับ ความคิดเห็นที่ 10 นะครับ เพราะว่า ผมลองไปดูที่เวปของตัว HP (ซึ่งเค้าเขียนกำกับอยู่แล้วว่า Laserjet 1010 ไม่ Suport กับ Window 7) กับ ดูตาม Google แล้ว อ่านตามเวปต่างประเทศก็แล้ว สรุปก็คือเค้าให้ทำตามแบบคล้ายๆ กันนี่แหล่ะครับ คือหลอกคอมฯเอาครับ เหอะๆ ลองดูนะครับ | |

ปัญหาของผม คือ ตอนปริ้นกระดาษออกมาครั้งแรก หน้ากระดาษดำทั้งหน้า แต่พอเมื่อปริ้นไปเรื่อยๆๆ กระดาษที่ปริ้นออกมากลับเป็นปกติ แล้วถ้าเมื่อทิ้งเครื่องไว้สักพักนึง ประมาณ10-20 นาที เมื่อปริ้นกระดาษออกมาแผ่นแรกก็จะเป็นเหมือนเดิม คือ หน้ากระดาษดำทั้งหน้า
