ตรวจ error code lexmark E23x, E33x Series Printer(แจกครับ)

เห็นหลายคนถามกันมามากหลายหัวข้อครับ สำหรับคำถามที่ว่า lexmark error เป็นเพราะอะไร มาดูกันครับว่าเพราะอะไร

โดยปกติแล้ว ไฟ error จะขึ้นทุกดวง เรียกว่า primary service error  เราต้องทำการกดปุ่ม power 2 ครั้งเพื่อดูไฟที่เรียกว่า Secondary Error Code วันนี้นำมาเผยแพร่กันให้ดูครับ น่าจะเป็นประโยชน์ไม่มากก็น้อยสำหรับผู้ใช้ lexmark อยู่ตอนนี้ครับ  ขออภัยที่ไม่ได้แปลเป็นภาษาไทยนะครับเนื่องจากความจำกัดด้านเวลา  ขอบคุณครับ ตลับหมึก หมึกพิมพ์ หมึกปริ้นเตอร์

How to Proceed

Connect the secondary error code you obtained with the list of meanings and possible solutions listed below.

• A 90x error is a software error. 
•  
• A 91x error indicates a problem with the DC motor or the transfer roller. The printer will require service to correct the issue. Please see Additional Assistance below for more information.
   
• A 92x error indicates a problem with the fuser unit or the toner sensor. The printer will require service to correct the issue. 
   
• A 93x error indicates a problem with the printhead unit, drive motor, or points to an RIP/engine communication failure. The printer will require service to correct the issue. 
•  
• A 94x error indicates a problem with the engine board or a RIP/engine communication failure. The printer will require service to correct the issue. .
   
• A 95x error indicates a problem with the controller card (specifically the NVRAM, ROM, or NAND). The printer will require service to correct the issue.  
• A 96x error indicates a failure with the RAM memory.
  1. Power off the printer and remove all installed optional memory.
  2. Power on the printer and try printing again.
     If this does not clear the error, the printer will require service to correct the issue.

• A 97x error is a Network error.
  1. Power off the printer, disconnect all cables, and power the printer on again.
  2. If this clears the error, confirm that your network is set up correctly.
     If this does not clear the error, the printer will require service to correct the issue. 

A 98x error indicates a paper port communication error. The printer will require service to correct the issue.

A 99x error indicates a problem with an optional paper feed device. 

1. Power off the printer and remove all optional paper feed devices that are installed on it.
2. Power on the printer and try printing again.
   If this clears the error, there is a failure within the paper feed option.
   If this does not clear the error, the printer will require service to correct the issue.
